“Natura is a harmonious composition of nature, form and materiality imbued by an unrivalled and superlative beachfront address.”

Andrew Malouf – Director, Spyre Group

Situated on one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive beachfront locations, Natura offers an unrivalled calibre of living to Burleigh Heads. Set against a backdrop of uninterrupted ocean views, residents will enjoy sophisticated architecture, inspired interiors and enviable amenity from some of Australia’s most coveted design teams and creators. Within walking distance of everything Burleigh Heads has to offer – from the pristine beach and National Park to acclaimed eateries – Natura’s location lends itself to a lifestyle of leisure and convenience each and every day. A rare opportunity for those in pursuit of a coastal destination with the cultural variety of a cosmopolitan locale, Burleigh Heads represents the best of both worlds.

“Natura celebrates living in a location that is evolving as a place and deeply connected to nature. The architecture is both rational and organic - planned to engage with its aspect, yet sculpted in deference to the winds and tides of Burleigh Heads.”

Liam Proberts – Managing Director, bureau^proberts

Designed by acclaimed Brisbane architectural firm bureau^proberts, Natura’s uniquely crafted facade presents an innovative addition to the Gold Coast skyline. Possessing a strong, rectangular form, the building’s most distinctive feature is its curved edges, an element inspired by the topography of the Burleigh Heads coastline. Similarly, undulating screening moves up the building, designed to mimic the movement of the waves. Comprised of 33 residences set over 17 storeys with just two residences per floor, residents will enjoy coastline and hinterland views from three sides. All residences contain three bedrooms, each with uninterrupted ocean views.

The materiality also responds to the landscape, showcasing a natural palette of concrete, glazing and aluminium to create a visually rich aesthetic. Vast windows frame the building to ensure all residences have views of the ocean while providing optimal cross flow ventilation.

“The honest expression and forms of the building references the surrounding natural environment, which in turn is reflected throughout the interiors of the residences. The relationship between nature and the aesthetics of the building and its internal spaces imparts a positive effect on the people who reside or visit there.”

Saskia Rujis – Principal Interior Designer, bureau^proberts

Inspired by the breathtaking landscape of Burleigh Heads, Natura’s interiors are an ode to nature, curated to draw in the surrounding environment. A homage to the beach, the finishes palette features neutral, warm tones and organic materials including natural stone and travertine. The pairing of differing textures throughout also emulates the juxtaposing elements of the sea, sand and hinterland.

Natura’s architectural language has been carried through to the interiors to create a seamless flow between internal and external. A nod to the form of the facade, the kitchen bench and ensuite vanity feature curved edges. Similarly, curved walls have been incorporated in the master ensuite and sun lounge.

When residents arrive home, they are greeted by a well-appointed Sun Lounge. Adorned in natural materials, the space includes a feature travertine wall which lands on a beautiful porcelain tile floor; this flows on throughout the residence. The Sun Lounge is set against a backdrop of coastal vistas framed by cascading vertical landscaping. This arrival creates distinctive wings within the interiors, providing separation of the Master Suite and the Second and Third Bedrooms. Accessed via private lobbies with only two residences per floor, Natura imbues a boutique feel, capturing the essence of a standalone home.

Instantly drawing in the eye, the natural stone island bench is the focal point of the kitchen, featuring refined detailing reminiscent of Burleigh Head’s coastal topography from above. Presenting a long, cantilevered form with built in curves, the bench offers a sense of grandeur to the space. The kitchen is also appointed with premium joinery, a spacious butler’s pantry and high-end Gaggenau appliances, and offers a view straight out to the ocean.

Utilising full height windows and continual double glazing across the front and side of the living area, residents will enjoy expansive panoramic views of the ocean and hinterland as well as an abundance of natural light. Creating an airy feel, the open plan design provides a connection between the kitchen, living and dining areas. Sliding doors to the balcony extend the space even further, allowing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living while drawing in the sea breeze. Due to the length of the residences, there is a linear grandeur to Natura’s interiors that allows areas to be separated from one another.

Light-filled
havens.

Natura’s spacious master suite offers a complete space with seamless connections between the bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite. The ensuites are designed to evoke grandeur, offering a private oasis for rejuvenation. The layering of materials gives the space a rich, textured quality, emulating the layering of sea, sand and vegetation. Creating a feeling of hotel-style luxury, double vanities contain hidden draws behind natural stone drawer fronts. A freestanding bathtub has been included against a natural stone feature backdrop while fully curved mosaic walls lead to a concealed shower. Considered inclusions of full height mirrors, handmade wall lights and brushed nickel tapware refine the overall palette.

Adjoining the ensuite, the generously-sized walk in robe has been crafted for opulence, boasting a designer layout with three sides for storage. Follow this through to the luxurious master bedroom, which set atop a bed of plush woollen carpet, offers soaring views out over the coastline.

Tiles,
Earp Bros

Delfos Crema Natural brings the softness and versatility of a natural stone to a porcelain tile, resulting in a beautiful, aesthetically rich finish. The cream base tone is accentuated by both light and darker veining, which brings depth and luxury to the flooring of Natura.

Natural Stone,
Artedomus

Supplied by one of Australia’s leading suppliers of natural stone, Artedomus, the captivating Selenis has a soft white background scattered with warm brown tones. This sophisticated marble is supplied in a honed finish; cool and soft to touch. With a high content of dolomite it is one of the hardest white marbles on the market, making it an incredible natural product that is hard wearing and naturally resilient.

It is featured generously throughout the residence including in the kitchen, where the island bench is the hero, and in the ensuite, where Selenis is appointed to a feature wall and the vanities.

Tapware,
Brodware

Natura features Brodware’s tapware, which is forged from architectural design and superior craftsmanship. The intricacies of the knurled details, simple geometric lines and slender trims are illuminated by the substance of this iconic design. Both powerful and refined, Brodware’s tapware offers a sophistication of its own, accenting Natura’s living spaces with an element of crafted luxury.

Appliances,
Gaggenau

The Gaggenau appliances chosen for Natura’s kitchen represent over 300 years of craftsmanship, showcasing avant-garde design in a timeless manner. As a specialist in enamel, producing hardwearing advertising signs since the 1880’s, that same lineage of enamel can be seen today in the form of the iconic blue oven interiors. Superbly crafted and reassuringly weighty, the rotary knobs provide the ideal amount of resistance for quick and precise adjustments of primary function.

“Natura exemplifies high quality, site responsive design for an optimal lifestyle benefit.”

Stephen Pate – Director, CUSP

The landscape theming is based on the forms, textures and colours of Burleigh Heads, incorporating an abstraction of the sweeping lines of the nearby headland. A series of cascading, subtropical plant species have been featured at the lobby entrance to provide a beautiful arrival experience for residents while honouring the warm climate of Burleigh Heads. An urban forest surrounds the resident amenity on level one, providing a cool environment with ample shading. Combining hanging and climbing plant species, a vertical green spine adorns the northern and southern facades of the building, and can be seen from within each residence.

An array of
luxury amenities.
